Get to Know Dr. Barjon

From a young age, I understood the importance of loving what you do, thanks to the example set by my parents. I pursued medicine not only to help people but also to find a career that would truly inspire me. That inspiration came during medical school when I discovered my passion for Obstetrics and Gynecology. The ability to support and care for women during pivotal moments in their lives is something I feel deeply connected to, especially as Ive been shaped by the strength and compassion of the two most important women in my lifemy wife and my mother.

My goal is to provide deeply personal and compassionate care to every patient, treating each as I would my own family. After medical school in Indianapolis and a year in Florida, I returned to Michigan to complete my OB/GYN residency at Corewell Hospital Dearborn, where I received the ‘Excellence in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery’ award from AAGL and the ‘Outstanding Mentor of the Year’ award from my peers. I am honored to be able to serve the communities of Dearborn and Canton, and I am equally passionate about mentoring the next generation of OB/GYN physicians to ensure that compassionate, personalized care remains a standard in our field.

For me, being an OB/GYN is more than a profession it’s a calling, and I am grateful for the opportunity to care for the women who are the foundation of their families, just as my wife and mother are for mine.
