I have been proud to call Michigan my home for most of my life.  After graduating from the University of Michigan, I attended med school in Iowa, and returned to Michigan for residency at Providence Hospital in Southfield.  I joined the faculty at Oakwood Hospital Dearborn in 2003 and over the next three years, met and married my husband, my eventual work partner Dr. Essam Khraizat, and decided to move into private practice in Canton and the western wayne suburbs.

Since 2006, I feel so proud of my 3 children and the wonderful family we have created.  I also feel significant pride in the compassionate and excellent care we have provided to thousands of patients at Michigan Women’s Care.  In my opinion, we have founded and nurtured one of the premier women’s health clinics in the Southeast Michigan area.

On another personal level, I do enjoy lots of outdoor activities with my family and friends.  We spend a lot of time on the water and the snow, and believe that an active lifestyle makes us all better people.  I also enjoy traveling and experiencing the cultures, foods, and natural beauty of our beautiful world.

I look forward to caring for the gynecological, obstetrical and overall health of our patients for many years to come.
